Talking Tears is based out of the San Francisco Bay Area in California. The organization supports families by providing educational classes, products, and resources for parents. Currently we offer instruction for Dunstan Baby Language. We also refer families to PottyTrainingExpo.com for Infant Potty Training and Potty Training in 1 Day   courses.
